Coworkers are the best part about this job, so much teamwork and commodore. Their are a lot of opportunities to advance your career or change specialties. Pay is not bad either!

co workers, and some of the other hospital staff...i.e housekeeping, building maintenance services.

Over saturation of patients to nurses, poor management who do not seem to take the employees suggestions into consideration.parking is terrible....off site is available if you feel comfortable walking near parts of unfavorable neighborhoods, over priced cafeteria and quite un appealing/bland menu selection.

Flexibility, ten sick days, six personal days, plus two weeks of vacation to start. Tuition reimbursement. Many locations to work in.

Low pay, poor employee reviews, poor Human Resources department, poor management (in general), hire and maintain below average employees. No loyalty or seniority, no matter how long you have worked for them. Consistent years without a raise for ALL employees.
