    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Crozier Fine Arts full-time

    Pros

Very talented coworkers who were a delight to work with. Generally fair compensation if you were able to advocate for yourself.

    Cons

New management from outside the industry means strengths /weaknesses of the workforce may not be properly recognized. Not sure if the culture of the company will survive expansion / corporate influence.

    Advice to Management

Focus more on providing resources for the company to succeed, less on "forecasting".

    Approves of CEO

I worked at Crozier Fine Arts full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

The company has a great reputation built on the previous ownership and leadership team.

    Cons

Since being bought out by a real estate company, upper management has no care for the actual original mission of the company and the spirit, quality and standard has completely disappeared

    Advice to Management

work with the folks who made it work originally, stop using untrained low wage staff, listen to your team on the field. Eventually, business will stop coming in.
