    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Crozier Fine Arts full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Gained experience, commrady amongs co workers is always helpful although to date some coworkers are so miserable they refuse to talk unless completely necessary ie JASON!

    Cons

Air of looming despair at times management loves to nit pick and point fingers. Zero respect for you hard work and expertise 18 an hour beinging home 500 a week after taxes WHAT A JOKE

    Advice to Management

Pay what your employees are worth and appreciate what they do for you, we are more than just a cog in the wheel

    Pros

There are no pros at all, company is a joke.

    Cons

Unprofessional, act like this is high school. No one respects anyone, I called a manager 15 times for a client that was down stairs. I sent multiple emails and it took her over 25 minutes to respond.

I worked at Crozier Fine Arts

    Pros

You're not sitting behind a desk. Work in the field can be interesting .

    Cons

The whole place is full of old skater hipsters and 30 something man children. WAY too much bafoonery, nepotism, the culture is rude and unprofessional. Very poor communication. No full time work, I always felt like a freelancer. Dangerous work environment , heavy lifting , large crates, heavy metal always blaring so loud in wood shop that you can't hear. Lots of opportunity to get hurt. Managed like the workers are... the enemy.
