    Pros

Wonderful opportunity for growth and continuing education. "Crunchy" vibe allows trainer and group fitness instructors some wiggle room to be themselves.

    Cons

Forced to sell supplements you may not like/don't agree with. Not all supplements are created equal. I don't push products on clients that don't need them.

    Advice to Management

Remove the minimum supplement goals. Let the trainers focus on training.

    Pros

This is a place where you won't be bored and without those silly rules that another gym has. Satisfying and fun at the same time.

    Cons

The pay is very low and the company obviously gets more of the portion. The pay isn't hourly but only when you have a client so this isn't a financially stable job unless you have consistent clients

    Advice to Management

    None I love my managers

    Pros

The People, The Uniqueness, The Coolness, The Emphasis on Fun, The Heart behind the Brand.

    Cons

Not always clear systems and not always clear on the channels of support.

    Advice to Management

Not sure yet. I think there are so many things growing, brewing - and all good stuff. If we keep on striving to CONNECT our people - our teams and inspire the fun in innovative, trusting ways - then we will keep growing in the right direction.
