I have been working at Crystal Run Healthcare full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great for patients, quick lab results

    Cons

Does not care about employees. People quit and aren't replaced. Will work you like a dog and expect you to be content with how things are run. Also management from other departments are very unprofessional, feels like high school with the drama.

    Advice to Management

Take care of the foundation or eventually it will fall apart.

I worked at Crystal Run Healthcare full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great people you work along side of, each has his or her own reason for being there. They new grads so once you gain experience move along to other areas like Urgent Care.

    Cons

Benefit's are the worse. Time off next to impossible with Doctors who are incentivized for seeing a number of patients. Huge turn over of just about everyone.

    Advice to Management

Treat others like you want to be treated.

I worked at Crystal Run Healthcare (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Decent wage for the area. Good people to work with. Mid level management was decent. Good work/life balance

    Cons

Raises are small, if you get them at all. Pushing growth faster than the rest of the business can keep up. Very little communication from the top, unless they are forced to. Many of the good middle management is leaving, and being replaced with less capable mangers. Only doctors seem valuable to the organization. All others are expendable.

    Advice to Management

Slow down the growth, give the rest of the business time to catch up. Take time to see the value in all that help the business grow. Cut back on the amount of partners. Too many people want their piece of the pie.
