    Pros

    Pay is good for the role. Opportunity for running a territory very early in a career.

    Cons

    Frequent changes in regional management - new manager comes in every 3-6 months and changes the supporting team, leading to disruption in operations. Very stubborn approaches to working in a new market. Very little respect for written contracts, often blatantly breaking the terms of an agreement, and encouraging this behavior. Regional managers can be very political in their decisions.

    Advice to Management

    Hire management who is experienced and intelligent, don't just promote someone because they have been with the company for a few years. Allow local managers more autonomy. Take more feedback from local staff and hotel partners in order build a stronger product. Stop breaking the terms of contracts. Stop pitting departments against each other in a race to the bottom. Stop playing politics and start getting work done.

          no pros......i really can't get any pros please

          bad management , really horrible!!!!!! low education of the elder staff, they can't keep up with the new changes. education level of the new staff will be much better, so there is a huge gab between the newbies and the experienced ones. unfortunately, most of the elder staff are in the important position or manager levels.

          Advice to Management

          pay more attention to the management skills please! and hire the right people is important, but knowing how to let them stay is more important.
