    Ctrip.com has many older employees who have worked for many years, which maybe adversely affect the company's innovations.

    Fast pace work culture, and relatively free to choose the tech and you certainly can learn a lot tech skills there.

    Cons

    Depends on which BU, may need work overtime a lot.

    Keep going, there are a lot of competitor out there.

    Pros

    Good opportunity to learn Chinese corporate culture. It's very different from many others, especially this Shanghai based Chinese company is pretty unique.
    I would simply express "there is nothing possible, while there is everything possible

    Cons

    Working as a foreigner is hard everywhere but could be the hardest here. Take a long time to understand the working environment.
