I have been working at Cub Foods part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    1. You might meet some cool people
    2. Cranky customers are hilarious.
    3. Pushing carts is oddly relaxing outside and enjoying the day.

    Cons

    1. Minimum wage
    2. They literally told me that there was no possibility of getting a raise. They called it a wage freeze or something.

    Advice to Management

If I could change one thing about working at cub foods, it would be the unions. They take your money and deliver on nothing that they promise. It seems like a scam.
