I worked at CulinArt (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Company is great on the East Coast, but senior leaders in AZ/ previously SACCO Dining are horrible.

    Cons

Arizona's Senior Leaders are horrible. I wouldn't work for them if they were the last job on the planet. When they took over the region they terminated all original Culinart employees in Arizona. Julius Sacco will lye until the day he dies, to not only his clients but his employees.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of Julius and take the leadership back to NY where pride is valued.

    Pros

I have no pros for this company.

    Cons

    Poor management lacks Customer service/focus

    Advice to Management

Listen to employees suggestions for necessary work tools and customer relationships. Stop mostly hiring their family members, kids especially. Expand their menu to match customer needs per the location. Pay employees fair wages with benefits

I worked at CulinArt full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

good pay and easy hours at the account I worked at. Awesome Manager. We made great food despite Culinart. District managers were too busy and overworked to visit our location too often

    Cons

Way too much pointless training and paperwork
So many hoops to jump through just to get basic needs met for the kitchen
The company never asked us or the clients if they were happy with the food and service we were providing. They just cared about getting their paperwork in.

    Advice to Management

Don't spread district management so thin. Pay attention to all of your accounts, including the small ones. Care more about the food and service than the paperwork.
