I have been working at Cullen/Frost Bankers full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

It is a great company, being a small bank has its pros and cons. We are very united as a bank, it's easy to navigate through and know most of your other markets and lines of bussiness. What we stand for is a great. Great mission statement

    Cons

Need More Position opening, and more loyal employees. Stop letting go of good employees and stop hiring people who won't commit to their job.

    Advice to Management

Always remember the Frost Mission statement, a lot of what people see is who is out in our financial centers. Pay a little more attention to who we hire and who we let go.

Good work environment. Go out of way to help customers and team. Positive. Polite and loving. Doing what's right no matter what. Integrity.

Can get political. "Wear heels if you want to be a banker." Sometimes managers offer "call me anytime" and then when you call and ask for help they are really annoyed and treat you like you're dumb.
