    Pros

I really enjoyed working at Frost. Everybody is friendly. Decent pay. 401k. Benefits. Share with Co. If you work there a certain amount of years. They offer water and snacks so there's no to bring those items. Offer food sometimes. The hours are great. Of course bank holidays off. If full time you 2 week vacation and you get more weeks as the years go by.

    Cons

Sometimes it takes a long time to move up within the company and sometimes good people leave to other companies because they take so long to give an opportunity.

    Pros

There are plenty of opportunities to drive improvements. It just takes dedication to see them through.
Leadership is usually aligned around concrete initiatives and proves the support necessary to deliver good results.
Work/life balance is preserved with reasonable expectations for performance.
Low turnover - you can build relationships with coworkers for years.

    Cons

Compensation is lower than industry norms.
Some processes and tools are ancient and are in desperate need of an upgrade.

    Advice to Management

Stay focused on delivering customer value. Don't be afraid to get rid of waste, whether it is a vendor whose service doesn't cut the mustard, or an employee who would be a better performer in a different role.
