        Pros

Not many. Pay isn't the best but you do get paid.

        Cons

Management. They don't listen and seem to promote friends before others. Call their workers ants and say that they can be replaced at any time.

I honestly can't think of anything negative.

            Pros

The only pro I can think of is that you get to interact with some wonderful customers.

            Cons

The office environment is awful. Employees cry in the bathroom on an almost daily basis. Management is lacking as "friends" have been put in senior positions and they don't really know what they are doing. Learn technology and update your practices.

There is ZERO leadership and nobody is held accountable for ANYTHING

              Interview Tips

Feel free to post any interview questions you might be asked and I’ll help you compose an effective response :)

              Nathan Bassey

I have a curious question to ask. I'm working on a way to help people do better at their job interviews.  What would you say is the hardest part about taking a job interview? And what can make the experience easier?

              Administrative Coordinator

Hi! I just had an interview yesterday which was the second one (first was with in house recruiter). This interview was with the person who would be my boss. There are still two panel interviews to go with the rest of the team (if they choose me to go forward). Do I send a thank you email for this round? Especially bc it was with the director? Thanks for the help!

              Project Coordinator

So I have been made redundant recently ( Im still working till mid December) and Im currently applying to lots of jobs. And I was thinking if I should get in contact with the hiring manager/HR about my application, trying to explain my situation and I would like to get an answer ASAP if they want me in for an interview or not(but at the same time I don’t want to sound too desperate or too pushy) but it’s a bit stressful and difficult dealing with this ( so I’m a bit desperate TBH)
