    Pros

I was fortunate to have a very nice supervisor, who was a kind and supportive person. Working with good people is something you cannot put a price tag on.

    Cons

Lack of full-time work opportunities. Most of the positions available are contract positions. So, there are limited career options. It's a great organization to work with if you are looking for seasonal or supplemental income.

I love the people and the job. You take off when you need to. Expectations are high, very gratifying job

    Cons

you work much much harder than your ever paid. You have to love what you do because of what you do, not for the money.

    Advice to Management

Love this Organization . . very organized, very respectable.
