I have been working at Culver's part-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Work with great people who actually care about their job, something that is hard to find in "fast food" restaurants. Confidence you're serving the best quality food. Develop great customer relationships.

    Cons

Raises take forever to come by. Undetermined goals and appreciation is lacking.

    Advice to Management

Hear what your employees have to say. See them as individuals and compensate them.

I have been working at Culver's full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

flexible schedule, work with school, very positive atmosphere, great workers

    Cons

one or two of the managers aren’t very productive and don’t receive consequences or write ups

    Advice to Management

Hold all the managers to the same standard and don’t let people get away with things you morally know you shouldn’t and wouldn’t want the whole team to do. After all they are supposed to be the examples
