    I worked at Culver's part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great people, higher salary opportunities, comfortable environment, and engaging with community, adjustable work schedule while I was in high school.

    Cons

You must uphold the image of Culver's all the time but that's your job so hardly a con.
I often had difficulty getting a raise because my evaluations were scheduled on busy days but understandable.

    Advice to Management

Very well with adjusting with new management and applying new procedures within workplace.

    Pros

The policies and procedures that are in place, makes a busy but smooth operation. I love it! Up front or in kitchen.

    I worked at Culver's part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

You get paid so I guess if really wanted you can work here. It was unsatisfactory to even be in that place.

    Cons

Workers were always rude to each other, the place was a sty, and they definitely do fire people for medical reasons put use a face to cover it up.

    I worked at Culver's full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I loved working at culvers, my bosses Honey and Randy were always showing us what a team really was. They worked hard at making sure their employees were happy.

    Cons

Sometimes employees would show up late or not show up at all at the location I was at. Work ethic is needed anywhere, even fast food.

    Advice to Management

Not much. Less bossiness and more team work.
