I have been working at Culver's part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

50% food discount; good food; flexible hours; management, owners, and coworkers are very friendly; good learning experience; customers are nice; had some fun times

    Cons

Low pay; questionable management decisions; difficulty of obtaining more hours; several teenage coworkers are lazy; inefficient on-the-job training; high-stress work; few to no breaks

    Advice to Management

Watch teenage workers more closely; streamline training; give extra hours/jobs to workers who want them, instead of prioritizing cheaper and less efficient labor; work on the slow delivery times

    I worked at Culver's part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great people, higher salary opportunities, comfortable environment, and engaging with community, adjustable work schedule while I was in high school.

    Cons

You must uphold the image of Culver's all the time but that's your job so hardly a con.
I often had difficulty getting a raise because my evaluations were scheduled on busy days but understandable.

    Advice to Management

Very well with adjusting with new management and applying new procedures within workplace.
