    I worked at Culver's full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The people who work here are great, and overall it's a well run company. They train you well.

    Cons

Move-up potential is very limited, even if you work hard.

    Advice to Management

Value the good employees you have, and don't promise advancement you can't give. This is discouraging to valuable employees and causes them to look for employment elsewhere.
