    The pay could've been better.

I have been working at Culver's full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Schedule Flexibility, management is usually willing to work around your school schedule. Ability for Advancement, I started as a Team Member and worked my way up to Assistant Manager.

    Cons

Irregular Hours, your hours will change from week to week. Unreliable Schedule, you won't know your schedule until the Friday before, which makes it hard to make plans in advance.

    Advice to Management

Realize that High School and College Students have very busy lives between school, homework, and after-school activities. School comes first and if they ask for fewer hours, you should respect that.
