Striving to be the Best
Apr 22, 2022 - Manager In Corporate Office in Nashville, TNRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
I have a lot of exposure to our management team and know that they truly have employee experience as something they care about. They review employee benefits yearly to make sure they're doing the best for employees and the company and remaining competitive in the market place. There is a big emphasis on culture (and the Core Values). But unlike most places they are attempting to walk the walk as opposed to just giving the values lip service. The culture is based on respect for customers and for co-workers. They also want to develop internal talent, they're invested in making sure the company is successful into the future.
Cons
They're growing. So there are growing pains. There's always uncertainty with change, and plenty of people don't like change or are uncomfortable with it. The company more than doubled in size in 2020.
