Good Place to Work
Sep 16, 2022 - Anonymous Employee in Smyrna, GARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Hybrid work schedule, collaborative team and work environment, frequent and fun employee events, work-life balance, professional development opportunities, and supportive supervisor. Made to feel like a valued employee.
Cons
None - I really enjoy working for Curant Health. No company is perfect but I truly believe that management strives to correct issues when brought to their attention.

No advancement opportunities
Jun 15, 2022 - Patinet Coordinator in Smyrna, GARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Good hours, and you get most government holidays off. Some work from home opportunities but not for all positions or people.
Cons
Culture was amazing when I first started however it has shifted to more numbers driven and less about taking care of each other, our clients and patients. There are no advancement opportunities and moving departments is very difficult to almost impossible. They will tell you that advancement is an option but in reality the only advancement you can get is in your same roll- you will just move up from a I to II then III with little pay increase and added responsibilities. If you are good at your job be prepared to do not only your job but also that of your coworkers as they do not hold slackers accountable. We are held to arbitrary standards and "scorecards" that half of the metrics don't make sense and were only created to satisfy upper management's request.

Best company I've worked for thus far
Oct 7, 2020 - Department Supervisor in Smyrna, GARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Some of the best reasons to work for Curant Health are the family-like environment, encouraged work-life balance, growth opportunities, and their employee appreciation is beyond what I've experienced - from random Amazon gift cards (who doesn't love Amazon?!) to company lunches (food trucks for all occasions), and fun activities in general. We're working, but it's also fun. This is a place that hears their employees and strives to make changes to benefit us all. The owners are heavily involved with all employees' levels and show us daily that we're in this together, especially during these COVID times. They truly treat us like family here and set the bar extremely high compared to other companies I've previously worked for. Lastly, they understand that we are human, and life happens, which also makes working here stress-free.
Cons
Curant Health is still a growing company, so things may change often. This can be seen as a con in general when changes are sudden with no understanding of "why," or nonproductive. We DO NOT have that issue here. Curant Health practices changes in a transparent and productive manner. Before change happens, it's heavily discussed with all the appropriate parties (including staff the change will directly impact) to understand the pros/cons and challenges. Before any change happens, all staff is trained appropriately. This company really involves all employees and gives us a voice!

Great Culture and Committment
Mar 11, 2021 - Category ManagementRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Curant Health is a fast growing, mission driven company focused on improving the outcomes of chronic condition patients around the country. It's a very collaborative culture. Every team member has a stake in improving patient outcomes. We all work together towards that goal.
Cons
You have to enjoy working for a committed, innovative, growth stage company. This isn't like working at a large public company.
