I have been working at Cushman & Wakefield full-time

    Pros

Great learning tools, great people, good support, appreciate work/life balance. Cushman is definitely a great stepping stone for those starting in the industry or those who are already established.

    Cons

Huge pay gap between levels. C&W is great if you can live off the pay in this day and age.
Senior positions make 90K-140K, Admin averages 42K-45K, Assistant averages 50K-55K.

    Advice to Management

The work gets sent down the pipe line anyway, so shrink the gap.

    Pros

You can make a really big paycheck if you put in hard work and time. This is a cyclical job which means if the economy is great then there's lots of work and vice versa.

    Cons

Every place where there are people that make tons of money, they treat all the small people as if they aren't even visible. I'm talking about all the brokers. yes you guys!!!!! we are the ones that help you make the big bucks, why not share some love and money? Even all the other admins were complaining that they don't receive gratitude for the work they put in. Everyone just puts on a facade.

    Advice to Management

Get up-to-date on technology. This company definitely lacks when it comes to tech and it can sometimes come in the way of being productive.
