I have been working at Cushman & Wakefield full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Work from home perks, great people to work with

    Cons

Accountants are very much over worked. Work life balance sucks with all the deadlines you have. Takinf a weeks vacation you work 50 hours the week before and 50 hours the week you return. Raises are less than inflation. 2020 no raise was given at all for our 2019 performance even though the company had 7billion in revenue. Property managers who you work with are like kings and queens. Accountants don't have any say and are mistreated compared to Property Managers, they get raises and bonuses while accountants barely get any raise.

I worked at Cushman & Wakefield full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Collaborative environment, employee resource groups, good benefits, lots of people that are really great people that are a pleasure to work with. There is room for advancement.

    Cons

There are individuals that are highly competitive and sabotage other women. There is the good ole boys club, which I guess can be expected in a 100-year-old company.

I worked at Cushman & Wakefield full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

There are still some great people who still work here. 401(k) matching, dental, vision.

    Cons

Zero work life balance. Constantly asked to do more and more with less and less, speed demanded from workforce but management does not turn around answers promptly. Terrible health plan that management insists is "benchmarked" against the rest of the industry to try and convince employees that it's not awful.
