I have been working at Custard Insurance Adjusters full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Field adjusters are able to work from home and do not have to report to an office

    Cons

Moving up in the company is very rare for females

    Advice to Management

Allow females to move up in the company and give kudos where Kudos are due and not just concentrate on the negative

I worked at Custard Insurance Adjusters full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Worked out of the house.

    Cons

Poor communication with upper management that lead to me leaving the company

    Advice to Management

When you say you'll get back with someone and you don't that is insulting. Especially when the branch manager is the cause of problem and you know it but are to chicken to confront her.

I have been working at Custard Insurance Adjusters full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Management seems to be in tune with employees for most part. Flexible schedule and ability to make overtime pay on holidays.

    Cons

Pay is below average. The compensation is my only complaint.

    Advice to Management

Adjust pay to be competitive based on education and experience.

I worked at Custard Insurance Adjusters full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

None...benefits...vacation..sick days are time warped...very not up to industry standard..

    Cons

There is no real HR department...the managers are unprofessional and voice opinion regarding, racial, gender, and economical situation..There is no accountability by management only passing the buck and feeding into gossip and lack of docorum. The Heavy Equipment department has very poor work product and consistently loses assignments...inspects wrong equipment and has delayed reporting...

    Advice to Management

Look into HE management and employees...look into the shotty work product...and the lack of experience. Look at the unprofessionalism of the entire department and HR. Look at coming into this century in benefits and PTO.

I worked at Custard Insurance Adjusters full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Great Company; Everyone is Friendly; Business Casual Attire; Not a Very Strict Dress Code;

    Cons

OverWorked & Underpaid; Does not pay employees enough; Horrible Management; Way too much Gossip; Not a good place to work if you are a Christian

    Advice to Management

Look around and see who is actually doing all the work.. paying the wrong people more money then the ones who are bending over backwards for your business. Talk to the employees before you assume.

    Let's go paperless :)

I have been working at Custard Insurance Adjusters full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Company is making improvements by bringing in outside consultants to improve processes and much needed technology. Company hired a new CFO.

    Cons

Leadership old school, too many people in positions because of tenure rather than having right educational background and management experience.

    Advice to Management

Attending networking groups would help modernize company thinking.

    Pros

    You can wear casual clothes

    Cons

There is nothing good about this company. The pay is horrible and management is vindictive. I am counting the days until I can leave. I don't believe in burning bridges but I'm contemplating burning this one!

    Advice to Management

Pay your employees more, support your employees, and believe them when they tell you their supervisor is a micromanaging shrew who is clueless.
