    Cons

really bad management, they do whatever they want, the corporate from Spain including the designer they don't care a lot about the united states stores, they chose for managers a people inexperienced, if you don't sale the numbers they want to see, even if you are a good worker they fired you with whatever reason. and unfortunately there are a lot of bad things from the company that is no better no reveal.

    Advice to Management

contract people with the experience, be on top of the managers and have better organization in the company.
