    Pros

    1. If you want to make quick buck doing nothing the only way is while joining pitch for as much as possible CTC and then chill out because there are no hopes here.

    Cons

    Cons, Incoming!:
    1. They cut your salary for ESI, PF and they don't give any information about those. No pf transaction detail, No ESI card nothing basically all Enigma! They change the basic pay dynamically too, whoa!
    2. They have a namesake HR
    3. Who is the CEO of this company!? It's not official anywhere
    4. There ain't a CTO, Operations Manager nothing.
    5. They basically have a trashcan full of Old pathetic applications and they keep patching it just to make them work.
    6. No goals, No plans, No hopes.

    Advice to Management

    1. Stop ripping other applications and start focusing on what this generation and the needs of now!
    2. There are already a bunch of companies doing what you are already doing or did, Get over it
    3. Stop minting 💰 out of employee salaries
    4. Get a new office for Java's sake.
    5. Get a CTO who can carve out the future for this company

    Pros

    Bad company and every worst for Freshers and everyone infact. And guess what, 3 month notice period? What kind of so called "Its moving forwards (forwards???) to MNC" companies in Bangalore makes an employee serve a 3 month notice period? TOP MNC's have a maximum of 2 months. Your company is simply going to run backward.

    Crunch for time, no benefits, stress and made to work on weekends. This company has no Pros, if you could steal a spoon of Boost powder you got yourself a good benefit.

    Cons

    I remember my uncle telling me to get to meet people who work here and get the feel of the company and if that's the place for me, to my surprise when I googled for Customer Centria, Glassdoor did show me all those comments, I did not believe it could be that worse, but not I am caught up and realize I have become a victim.

    If you are wise about choosing a company for a good career, this is not the place and I would never recommend it to anyone, even for an office boy job.

    Advice to Management

    Please, you have to stop, and fix those you have broken. Your words cannot be trusted. There are good people in there who are even scared to speak despite the truth they know about this company.

    1) Give chance to developer to learn more things to research and developement.
    2) Good Management and co operative.
    3)Nice Environment to work

    Pros

    Sweet talk... seriously... there is nothing pro about this place.. we had high hopes about this place...
    Lot of empty motivational talks happen.

    Cons

    As the title says.. they have to give salaries, Pf, Tax payment(tds) for around 100+ employees who worked for them.mine is over 6 months due..
    They have not give it for more than 5 years.. and they still keep saying they will give.

    You decide if you want to join or not!!
    Ps: do a FB search to find a grevences group on this company.

    Advice to Management

    Srop false promises and pay us our dues.

    Huge learning advantage.Can learn a lot of different technologies.

    less salary, no recognization , not good work environment

    look to the people who work hard not only for themself but for the company too.

    None. this company does not add any value at all.

    Cons

    Nothing to gain, they may pay salaries for some time
    Even today they are getting back into some biz because it seems they have some investor backing but they have not paid outstanding dues of their former employees

    Advice to Management

    Pay up outstanding salaries of all former employees
    Management should stop lying and be transparent

    Pros

    Company was into several lines - Digital Marketing/ Marketing automation/ EMM Products/ Analytics....speading themselves out too thin. But now they are finally consolidated into Marketing Automation and EMM products only. This is their core strength and its good they are focussing on it instead of too many things.

    Cons

    1. New joinees now are being paid regularly every month, on time, so its OK to join them in EMM, learn a few tricks and move on. Don't stay here long term as the company is not earning money but paying salaries on borrowed funds.

    2. Management keeps making same mistakes of selling services for almost free. Their mantra is "Lets sell services dirt cheap to get the client, then they will see value in us and sign up long term". In effect, they have not earned positive cash flow for aaaaages......they keep ruining their present for their future.

    Advice to Management

    You are running a business. Earn money. Don't sell things for free!!!! Cheap OK...NOT free!! At least cover basic costs!

    some people taking advantage of this taking hefty packages without working some people have brought there friends who are not worth they form there own groups and praise each other

    need to reduce the package of the senior people see that the new entrants are being given work
