    your able to help the customers face to face and without needing to call a manager all the time. its also a pretty easy and laid back job

    Cons

    your start off making minium wage and only get a raise one a year

    I have been working at Customer Service Associates full-time

    Pros

    Work from home when not at a customer site. Flexible schedule. Fully trained before beginning work.

    Cons

    Can have random or long work hours. Not "9-5" style work hours.

    Advice to Management

    My direct manager does a good job and I have no current complaints. The only thing might be to to 6 month reviews instead of only yearly reviews.

    Smaller company allows you to do a lot of different things. Rarely boring and chance to learn a lot of new information.

    Cons

    Lack of information from upper management. Not very organized. Tend to implement a lot of ideas without thought.

    Advice to Management

    Need to focus more on workforce happiness since they are the face of the company to the customer.
