I worked at Cvision Technologies full-time

    Pros

The management definitely cares about its employees and is very passionate about the work the company is doing. Ari, the founder and CEO, is a very kind, intelligent and driven person. It was a fun place to work and everyone in the office is friendly (albeit quirky). The work is fairly focused and the company has connections to a lot of large/important clients which keeps standards high.

    Cons

The products the company offers are very technical and dry which makes it a little difficult to stay engaged unless you are an engineer or very tech-centric person. It's a pretty lean company so HR is minimal. There is some lack of accord in upper management which creates some odd office politics and general disorganization.
