    Pros

    > They used to provide service which will pick u up from home if your duty starts between 12 midnight to 4 am. Guaranteed annual increase (cant remember if 10% or 20%). Free 1 meal. Anything u get from the canteen will be deducted from your salary. U don't teally have to bring money except for transpo :)

    Cons

The food at the canteen sometimes sucks. We even found maggots at one time! They call u back and make you take calls eventhough u are on lunch break.

    Advice to Management

I just the canteen incident is not happening anymore. And give ur agents a decent break period.

    Positive Outlook

I worked at Cyber City Teleservices as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

My best reason to work in Cyber City is you don't need to spend your allowance in my transportation because there is a free shuttle from main gate of CDC going to Cyber City . Moreover, there is a free meal with unlimited rice that is why you can save your money.

    Cons

The only downside I see in Cyber City is the Computers need to be upgrade.

    Advice to Management

Give all the opportunity and training for the incoming interns.

    Pros

You don't need to bring your work home

    Cons

    No room for improvement.
At some point you get stuck with your position and salary rate no matter how good you are, or how many additional workload you get.
You don't have a specific job description.
You can get fired after the huge call volume season

    Advice to Management

Give everyone a chance to grow.
