I worked at CyberAgent America full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great place to get a start in the mobile industry, hard working but fun culture, possibilities in creating new positions where your skill set can be utilized.

    Cons

Lack of transparency, preferential treatment to Japanese coworkers vs. American coworkers, rampant office politics, Japanese is often used during meetings while Non-Japanese speakers are around.

    Advice to Management

Don't use foreign languages in meetings when not everyone is fluent in the language. Reward employees that go above and beyond.

I worked at CyberAgent America full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Pros are the people very nice and friendly

    Cons

management has no clue what they are doing and most cannot communicate with their own employees especially management. Compensation for sales is virtually none existent and when major impacts in the industry they are utterly clueless and don't know how to adapt.

    Advice to Management

Hire more competent managers who know what they are doing.
