Pros

You get paid in American dollars

Cons

- Arbitrary and amateur management at all levels - Culture of constant complaining - No Bonus and employee appreciation is non-existent - HR is one-sided and mute (they exist to solve problems from management's perspective and not yours) - Technology and practices are very, very out-dated. I spent over two decades at the company, and that was my big mistake. After living through a decade of layoff after layoff terror there I transitioned in my second decade into being an older employee who was no longer offered new work and was isolated. New projects were first given to my managers favorite employees and then invariably transitioned to new hires. With the scope of work technologies already limited and trailing edge very little new was learned by me. This is not a career minded place to work and if one must work at this company it should only be a way-point to better things.

Pros

Very interesting and innovative technologies. Fellow employees care about you and tend to work together to solve problems.

Cons

Expectations are set unrealistically high in an effort to squeeze the most out of employees. Threats of restructuring are used as a motivational tactic.
