    Negative Outlook

I worked at Cybernet Entertainment full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

One of the best companies to work for in the industry, especially around matters of personal safety and sanitation.

    Cons

One of the worst companies to work for in the industry because of the toxic and abusive culture that is celebrated by its upper management.

    Advice to Management

Get some serious therapy and fast. This company won't last long with the current human resources violations that are swept under the rug.

I worked at Cybernet Entertainment full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

I'll never work with a greater group of colleagues. I made lifelong friends here. I also had great opportunities for advancement, although not everyone did.

    Cons

The upper management is inept, and is unwilling to act swiftly and decisively on issues of moral importance.

    Advice to Management

Don't think that because you're sex-positive and think you're progressive that the company is immune from making mistakes.

    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Cybernet Entertainment full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The people are what makes the place. Everyone here is very passionate and takes a great deal of pride in what they do. The place also has some great perks (besides the porn) that you can't find everywhere: pet friendly, gym, chef, happy hours, etc.

    Cons

Communication between departments could be improved. That being said, it is getting better every minute.

    Advice to Management

Keep innovating. The world is every changing, and the way people consume content changes almost daily. Keep the creative juices flowing.

low pay, management doesn't talk to employees, absolutely no job security, seems like every certain time of the year they do a mass layoff.

I worked at Cybernet Entertainment full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Great people and great community.

    Cons

Management is completely disorganized and is fueled by egos. The right hand doesn't know what they left hand is doing, so projects tend to never get finished. There is very little inter-department communication and pay is sub-par to other positions in the Bay Area and Current market. Don't look for any job security as you have to always be looking over your back.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Cybernet Entertainment as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

Flashing and interesting. Fun at first. Not the usual type of work, some really great people are in the industry, along with some that are being zapped dry. Get to see some raw humanity.

    Cons

Irresponsibly structured with a unbalanced hegemony / models are not compensated fairly. Difficult to place on a resume. You have to deal with people's judgement of your work a lot, and it just isn't worth it.
