    Pros

    Nice place to start your career if you are a young graduate. Good to learn banking/finance business environment. Deeply using Java and SQL

    Cons

    things move slow, maintenance of current project maight be sometimes annoying.

    Pros

    -Over average management
    -Friendly environment
    -More than a few experienced engineers to tag along

    Cons

    -Work is a bit mundane after some time
    -Salaries are lower than high-end companies
    -Working along the governmental officers all day long
    -Average age is a little bit high, might be an issue for younger developers

    Pros

    Your colleagues are smart and open minded. Great place to learn. Good interpersonal relationships. Very experienced team in large enterprise scaled projects.

    Cons

    Long working hours and work life balance can be challenging. Some jobs get boring after a while because of recurring nature. Usually tight scheduled projects.

    if it is your first job, If you want to have an experience in the finance sector, monetary incentives and off time provided for academic work.

    Cons

    low salary & bonus, lack of opportunity for practising modern technologies, bad office facilities if you are not located in Bilkent

    Advice to Management

    Focus on product quality and employee motivation, not the budgets.

    Pros

    Salary payments are done on time,
    Private insurance

    Cons

    Everything is boss dependent,
    No corporate identity,
    No corporate memory,
    No R&D,
    No new technology,
    Bad project planning,
    Bad working conditions,
    Low salary,
    Annual leave must be approved by boss!

    No H&R department.

    Advice to Management

    Get some information about managing software company. Remember that Cybersoft is a software company and get out of your confort zone. The company has agonizing for a long time.

    Pros

    - They will give your sallary right on time
    - There is no need to be well educated to work here
    - You dont need to buy food for your home, becasue overtime never ends

    Cons

    - Still using java 1.5 - 1.6
    - Just service development
    - Overtime over and over

    Pros

    I worked for the company for 2 years. there were very nice and helpful colleagues. a good start for juniors.

    Cons

    managers were not very successfull about human relations and some of them were unexperienced. people usually decieded to resign after 2 years of work.
