    Pros

    Great environment to work in, they treat employees very well
    Great healthcare benefits
    Everyone is easy to get along with
    Any job you have here is what you make of it, it can suck or it can begin a good long career

    Cons

    Experiences can vary depending on your role or supervisor, some are harder to deal with, but that's because of personalities. No one is rude or intentionally difficult.

    Advice to Management

    Integrate teams more or facilitate more communication among teams- not just the directors. Ideas come from people talking to people. Encourage everyone to always bring ideas forward and don't close yourself off to criticism.

    They treat you like family. It makes learning so much easier

    Pros

    Most people start in Support and then move into other areas as they gain experience. Lots of longevity among employees which speaks well of the company.

    Cons

    Expect to self-train for the most part on the business and software.

    Pros

    Team members are excellent. Most of them are respectful and professional.Customer focused.

    Cons

    Management doesn't treat employees fairly. Don't give too much effort in a single department, or you'll be stuck in a position forever. Atmosphere is stressful, mostly due to some of the other team members, but also due to management.

    busy season can be stressful with long hours, communication between departments can be slow.

    Pros

    Strong sense of team and everyone works together well to get the job done.
    You get to make a difference in real people's lives everyday.
    Always something new to learn.
    Plenty of work; never feel bored.
    Fun atmosphere.
    Location easy to get to (no downtown commute!!!).

    Cons

    Can be very high pressure especially during peak seasons.
    Rapid and continued company growth (which is good, of course) means that a lot of employees are new and in a learning phase.

    Constant work in the pipeline.

    I upper management is devoid of whats happening. They seem to care least about the employees. pay rate is too low.

    Advice to Management

    please be more professional. Increase the pay rate for employees

    Pros

    The talent this company has on site is top notch. You will learn something from everyone. During th down turn in 2008, 2009, the Customer base contiued to grow, and now it is growing more quickly.

    Cons

    There is always more work to be done. Case load is very high, and the stress at times is very very high. Upper managment focus on the wrong metrics and under values the workers.
