I have been working at Cypress Bay Solutions full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

None that I have seen. And I've sold all my life very successfully. Very few can last long with this company. Cold call, All self generated leads required. Theirs are deceptive and worthless. Mystery surround the exact product and savings. Is it even legit?

    Cons

Think vacuum salesmen. Think of questionable product insurance salesman, Think energy salesmen. Do they have a good product? Does anyone really know? Anybody? Anybody?

    Advice to Management

If you do have a good product. State it don't hide it. No one likes the high powered anonymous fast talker. Even with a sale, I don't think the buyer will feel anything but used. Makes its benefits known and sell by attraction. My guess is you really don't save customers up to 40% on their credit processing fees but no one but the sacred few will ever know.

    Pros

Not a MLM or franchise sales pitch

    Cons

As a new agent selling CC services and equipment you are given a few hour webinar training and that is it.
They don`t provide any real training on rates charged but tell you to call your team leader when you get stuck.
The intro package has no promotional materials to leave with prospective customers or even some blank business cards with a logo and a place to put your name and phone number.
New agents are set up for frustration and failure.
Fully commission or mileage reimbursement so have to rely on closing sales alone.

    Advice to Management

Needs to be much more professional with training materials and time.

    Pros

I get great support from the staff here. I have not made a sale yet & the leads are usually worthless but this company offers so much support that I know my first sale will happen soon.

    Cons

Not enough training and nobody will meet with you in person to walk you threw a successful presentation.

    Advice to Management

    None

    Cons

They never say it's door to door, they don't give you training. they just want to use you to get money in there pockets.

    Advice to Management

A few weeks due to my child being sick and we were going back and fourth to the doctor . My 10 year old had what we thought was cancer in his bone .They pretended to be concerned at first until it came time to be paid my residuals suddenly they don't care if my child is sick they pulled my only income for the month on top of my son being sick horrible experience .Thank goodness my son is okay

    Advice to Management

Think about other's when they are having a hard time .Your employees keep the company running don't turn your back on your employees when they are having a hard time.
