While it is certainly understandable that a business is in business to make money there must be some sort of balance between the bottom line and taking care of the employees who allow you to have a bottom line in the first place. Here they more hire people when they have failed to train the existing staff to be more efficient and then let people go when the additional bodies have become a liability. They need to work on team development, getting their existing staff to work together and be more productive so that fewer people get the job done and hold on to their jobs when things are slower.
