I have been working at Cypress HCM as a contractor (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Since day 1, they have always been in touch with me. Prep me for the interview and let me know a head of time the environment style. I would work for them again and recommend to a friend.

    Cons

All good with Cypress. Rohan and Kevin have been there for me and i am very happy with them. Thank you guys.

I worked at Cypress HCM full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great people to work with, no feeling of power distance, no fear in going to anyone with problems or difficulties, decent pay and benefits, not a stuffy culture

    Cons

just like all of sales / recruiting - you don't hit your numbers, you're gone. A lot of your success depends on the market, who's hiring, luck, etc. It's a tough industry.

    Advice to Management

More / more fillable positions, sometimes fixated on numbers in the weeds to a detriment in the big picture.

I have been working at Cypress HCM full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Growing firm looking to build up the business so feedback is welcomed by upper management. Metrics are important, but not micro-managed. Mentality is individuals create their own success = creates success for organization. Everybody is helpful if you're a new recruiter or a seasoned vet - CEO sits in the middle of the office.

    Cons

Need solid training program and expectations for promotions.

The technical recruiting space is highly competitive in general.
