    Working with equipment engineers and learning their semi tool capabilities. Great people to work with.

    1:1 management style need to be more structured. Manager just shows up w/out an agenda. They expect the employee to cover all material while they sit there and listen.

    The entire legal staff was kind and very helpful. They trust you with larger and larger projects once you cut your teeth on some smaller ones. I learned a great deal while I was there.

    If you're in your mid-twenties then you'll likely be the youngest person in the office.

    1. Process overhead. Sometimes overkills it.
    2. Regarding salary, it's at the lower mid level in CA salary standard.
    3. Weak marketing strategy.

    Advice to Management

    Need to work on the perks that company offers.
    Improve the marketing strategy for different products. Launching correct product within market stipulated time should be of highest importance.
