less work life balance most of the times people with showoff gets promoted than potential employee. too much bureaucracy to do a very small job to much other stuff to deal with like documentation, specs etc than actual work.

It is a good place to work if you are concerned about work only and not about compensation & working hours.

The shares & stock options the company give are good. The work you get to do is challenging most of the time. Management will give you chances to lead a cross functional team and solve problems.
Cons
The salary is not competitive compared to other semiconductor companies like TI , MicroChip etc. The recognition given for a good work done is not encouraging. The review boards for promotion and salary increments are not very transparent. You will have to travel abroad for long durations and there is no per-dium given for this. The bonus scheme running in company is absurd.
