Stocks and work culture at our design centre was pretty good. Touch wood, I did not have work related issues when at Cypress Hyderabad. Stocks was a kicker during the last couple of years.

Pay was a bit of problem compared to its B'lore equivalent. Senior management was never willing to give the complete truth the CEO. CEO understands if you highlight the problems but no one was giving him the true picture.
