I worked at Cyquent as a contractor (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Cyquent did a great job in placing me into assignments on two occasions that were good fits for my skill sets and that paid in the top range for those positions. Their management was completely professional, smooth and transparent and let me focus on my work with no administrative hassles.

    Cons

I can think of no cons to report for this company and always had purely good experiences with the and all their employees.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing. I would love to see you expand so that we are again working in the same geographic areas and I might work with you again.

    Pros

It is a prestigious organization and has a good reputation as a consulting organization as well as an employer. The Management is very helpful and approachable.

    Cons

No cons as such to report. The company needs to expand further and get into larger projects.

    Pros

Project assignments were well-defined and the chain of command was always client-centric. The services contract was uncluttered and invoice payments were on time. The CEO was always available - a phone call away - to tackle any issues.

    Cons

Because I was a Contractor, I do not know anything about Cyquent's HR policies.

    Pros

Cyquent is a great company to work for, the senior management is very approachable and easy to work with. They believe in empowering the employees. In today's world it is hard to find a IT Consulting company that works with Ethics and honesty and Cyquent is one of the few companies that value ethics and I am proud to be a part of it.

    Cons

    Need to expand a bit.

I have been working at Cyquent full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

I’ve been employee #1 at the India centre.
Cyquent is a great place to work. It is a place where you can sharpen your technical skills and a lot of opportunities to learn new technologies, for those ambitious to step forward and take ownership and responsibility.
There is continuous opportunity for your growth. The company has provided me with the most INCREDIBLE growth, and I handle responsibilities today which would have been impossible to even dream of, when I was hired.
Being a relatively small company, it is nimble, and always stays ahead of the curve in technology upkeep.
Organization hierarchy is quite flat, and everyone is approachable, making it a very conducive and pleasant work environment. Am working with nice people. It is good to have such colleagues in a place where you will be spending most of your time in a working day.
The company has invested very well in its Infrastructure, considering that it isn’t a large organization.

    Cons

Because of global clientele, work timings can be stretched. However, flexi-timings and work from home options make it easy to be committed.
