    Pros

Good way to get interpreter certification. Good place to train your attention to details ! Good way to get interpreter certification. Good place to train your attention to details !

    Cons

If you make omission, the company can face a lawsuit, so their rules are very strict. Not a job where you have fun !

    Advice to Management

Just make a little investment in speech recognition software so that interpreters don't have to hesitate and use the "interpreter requires repetition/verification" protocol, and have the caller's speech displayed on the screen.
I think this is the future of the job, in about 3-5 years from now when AI will take over this job and replace humans...

I have been working at Cyracom International full-time

    Pros

Very well-run company, thought and consideration given to employees as it relates to benefits. More experienced people than me have commented "It's nice to work somewhere that the CEO really cares about his employees."

    Cons

None at this time - they should continue to invest in people as they continue to grow.

I worked at Cyracom International full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Intrinsically rewarding. At first. You get to wear jeans on Fridays. They take a lot of holidays off. A lot.

    Cons

It's a call center. The calls never stop. Back to back, nonstop. After a while, you get tired of doing the same thing over and over again. I couldn't take it anymore. I felt exploited, abused, and bored out of my wits. I burned out.

    Advice to Management

Thank you for the opportunity. Please understand that I don't want to take calls anymore as my main task on a job.
