I worked at Cyracom International full-time

          Pros

Inclusion and diversity - you meet people from every walk of life Supportive environment and friendly Most work is completed autonomously The company had its golden age the earlier part of the decade.

          Cons

Hours - When hired as in this salaried role, HR told me that some weeks may require overtime, and other weeks are short with early leave. I never had a short week. Most project managers must stay late or work from home at odd hours. Pay is less competitive resulting in high turnover

          Advice to Management

If a department exceeds annual financial quotas, do not withhold their bonuses because the company as a whole did not meet financial objectives. It demoralizes top performers and causes them to look elsewhere.
