I have been working at Czarnowski full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Large enough to handle any size client or project. Small enough to CARE about every employee, client and project. Very experienced to handle any concern. Wide range of very talented employees.

    Cons

They have the typical growing pains that come with a successful company. Labor rates are a bit high but they offer great value for your dollar but not your low cost Walmart type provider.

    Advice to Management

Sometimes it's good to take the time to acknowledge the individuals that got you there.

    I worked at Czarnowski

    Pros

"They love what they do..." A true "learning" and paid internship. Some really talented and experienced people in the company. You really get to see "how the sausage is made". Leadership from the top really promotes making the interns feel welcomed as part of the team.

    Cons

New school on the outside...Old-school on the inside. ..Shaky as far as diversity... not everyone values education. More value on the old boy network and growing up in the business. Communication systems could improve. No direct chain of intern to employee even if you are a fit. In other words, parts of intern don't prepare you for next step opportunities.

    Advice to Management

Continue to grow the internship program. This is a great experience that seems to always be improving itself.

I have been working at Czarnowski for more than 3 years

    Pros

Czarnowski is a family owned, fast growing company. They offer great experience and opportunities in the experiential marketing industry. They have solid core values and are trying to retain their family spirit as they quickly grow.

    Cons

They need offer better training and mentoring to young managers. They need to treat every office as a permanent asset to their growth. They need to hire more professional sales people, and take advantage of their in house capabilities.

    Advice to Management

Invest in tools for project management. Invest in TRAINING for managers. Allow every office to be entrepreneurial, but monitor younger managers more consistently. Eliminate yearly REVIEWS, and convert to quarterly "sit downs" that provide employee feedback. Understand salary expectations in every city. Nurture youth, but value experience Learn who the "true believers" are in every office Hire COMPETENT, educated...
