I worked at Czarnowski full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The people are great, the projects you work on can be really exciting, and they can be supportive at times.

    Cons

They love to pile the work on and have unbalanced teams which makes it stressful when you work 70 hours a week and your other teammates are going home at 5pm everyday. Some people in management have no management skills at all, they have no idea how to deal with people or different personalities.

    Advice to Management

Read some books on managing people.

I worked at Czarnowski for more than a year

    Pros

OT is available so you an make a lot of $ when we have work.

    Cons

They are very seasonal and busy in the auto dealers trade show exhibit time Poor communication with the sales department and the production area so a lot of last minute changing. They hire to many employees and lay off a lot of people.

    Advice to Management

Sales have better communication with the production so we are not working so much OT

    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Czarnowski full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

The environment is clean and friendly. The pay is average but the working hours are unrealistic. There are times when the entire dept of 15 people or more are all working well over 80 hours a week.

    Cons

The working hours are unrealistic. There are times when the entire dept of 15 people or more are all working well over 80 hours a week. Deadlines are very short turn around time and the detail is critical.

    Advice to Management

Hire more staff and let existing employees work from home when hours exceed the normal work week.

    Positive Outlook

    I worked at Czarnowski full-time

    Pros

This company can be a lot of fun. The events and parties and branded goodies are nice. It is also so much fun getting to be a part of a team that creates beautiful things. If you can get past the cons, it is not a bad place to work.

    Cons

The upper management of the LV branch tends to hire girlfriends, kids, friends of their kids, the people their kids have slept with... You get the picture. It is a bit of a nepotism factory. They get all the best opportunities. They all go on vacations together, leaving out anyone else.

    Advice to Management

Try hiring outside of your safe zone.

I have been working at Czarnowski full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

high pace life style if you have the right accounts. Travel when needed depending on clients. option to work remotely if needed

    Cons

bit of a 'high school' atmosphere - depending on the office some (not all) management are very unprofessional mandatory week off for July 4th holiday - UNPAID. either use your PTO or take it unpaid. very minimal raise opportunities below average pay management once said they higher people right out of school so they don't have to pay them as much.

    Advice to Management

give your employees some incentives to WANT to stay. Get rid of toxic employees that are allowed to do whatever they want with no repercussions.

I have been working at Czarnowski full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Almost complete autonomy - from access/use of resources to making decisions impacting client success. If we didn't have it we would build or buy it. Anything to help the client succeed.

    Cons

Little to no acknowledge of success. No support for personal needs/growth. Training lacking in helping employees succeed. And ever changing processes, templates and platforms for communicating and pushing work through the system with little oversight for accuracy. More likely to get thrown under the bus than provided support through difficult situations. Management's open disdain in dealing with employee needs.

    Advice to Management

If you put forth half the effort in supporting and training employees as you do with meeting client needs, you'd easily have the culture back from just a few short years ago.
