    I worked at Czarnowski for more than 2 years

    Pros

    - cool looking office - supplies and tools to do the job were always readily available. never a want for anything if you just asked. - Lots of experienced people in the industry. Some really great talent. - quarterly fun events/outings for employees (although, moral was always very low)

    Cons

    - Management level could care less about whats going on. Shady stuff was looked the other way if clients were happy and money kept coming in. - No support for growth or encouragement for employees to succeed. - below average pay - And ever changing processes, templates and platforms for communicating and pushing work through the system with little oversight for accuracy. - little to no review of managers or feedback...

    company culture needs work from the top down. Consider the effects of the rapid expansion before the company collapse on itself.
