    Cons

Upper management lacks accountability. Consistent turnover Office politics- Some can do but others cant Lazy Shop and Warehouse managers. Who hand pick friends and family and do as they please with total disregards to the rules. Pay is not competitive. Well if you are not in the IN crowd. Waste funds on useless things but do not consider giving employees raises Medical...

    Pros

You can wear whatever you want to work The work isn't hard once you catch on Okay stepping stone of a company Can be initially exciting and rewarding but any experienced professional can see through the obvious-image they put on

    Cons

Upper management lacks accountability. Managers who can't use the company's technology are making over a 100 grand. They hire people for their busy season which is the fall and spring and if you make a couple mistakes they will fire you by the summer The politics is unreal. If you're "liked" then you can take as many off-days as you want, work from home but if you're not,...

I worked at Czarnowski full-time for more than 6 years

    Pros

The amazing people, and "worker-bee's" are what keeps most of the employees coming in day to day. The pay is good as long as you don't mind not getting a raise for years at a time. Negotiate strong, because you won't see another dime until you get promoted or have an offer letter with another company that they will try and match if management see's you as valuable. You will never go without the best technology.

    Cons

The atmosphere is toxic. In EVERY office. Many over-entitled, elitist, executives that never practice what they preach. The Human Resource department is dismal, and often use-bullying or passive aggressive tactics to monitor employees. -There is no manager training. You will get back-stabbed by someone trying to climb the ladder, because you never get a pay raise until you knock someone above you out....

    Advice to Management

A LOT of good people have left the company, because they are not valued. Viewing employees as replaceable verses valuable breeds unhappiness. Retention is a lot cheaper than constantly having to back-fill positions.

    I worked at Czarnowski full-time

    Pros

This company can be a lot of fun. The events and parties and branded goodies are nice. It is also so much fun getting to be a part of a team that creates beautiful things. If you can get past the cons, it is not a bad place to work.

    Cons

The upper management of the LV branch tends to hire girlfriends, kids, friends of their kids, the people their kids have slept with... You get the picture. It is a bit of a nepotism factory. They get all the best opportunities. They all go on vacations together, leaving out anyone else.

    Advice to Management

Try hiring outside of your safe zone.

I have been working at Czarnowski full-time for more than 6 years

    Pros

One of the best in the industry. Ability to work with a variety of people with different backgrounds. If they like you, you will go far.

    Cons

Lots of upper management politics. It is very hard to know whom you can trust. It's not always about working hard and clients liking you, it's about keeping secrets and knowing when to be truthful.

    Advice to Management

    Be honest.
