I have been working at D'Angelo Grilled Sandwiches full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Upper management is committed to the personal growth of their employees.
Many long-term employees are with the company. (20, 30, 40 years!)
No late nights or drive-thru windows to deal with.

    Cons

Bonus plans change every year. Develop a good one and keep it for a while.

I have been working at D'Angelo Grilled Sandwiches full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

There is no pros. Just a paycheck for that the pay is not worth its amount of work.

    Cons

Worst company to work for. Great if you like broken promises, managers that treat lower employees like trash, stores that are becoming run down cause they cant aford to pay employees and to repair things. Also that manager wright up people for things like"getting out late" in witch your trying to help out the team when busy. Cutting hours when there is need to complet things. Having shipments coming late or not knowing if there going to come. Cutting out mourning prep and doing product that last 1 day the night befor also adding more work on the closers. There is plenty more. If you looking for a job that worth it. Do not look here!

    Advice to Management

Rethink everything! Dont punish the people that are truely trying to help out the team and the company prosper. Fix your stores they are looking like they are run down. Distric managers get off your butt and do your job!

I worked at D'Angelo Grilled Sandwiches full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

If you work at the right store ( a busy one ) you will definitely learn how to be \come a hard worked which this world could use some more of it is a fast pace work environment that can get stressful explicitly when the customers are standing there watching you.I enjoyed working there but the time came for me to move on in my career Thank You D'angelo

    Cons

Working right in front of the customers so they can see you and tell you what your doing wrong, you got to love that also working with employees that were not properly trained. hard work for little money

    Advice to Management

Make sure you train all your staff properly you will be thankful in the long run. Your store will run better and you staff will get along better, that makes your life happier

    I worked at D'Angelo Grilled Sandwiches full-time

    Pros

Most of the higher ups worked in restaurants at some point so they understand the hardships

Started to loose track of what made the company any good... the employees. They started to sacrifice employees for profit

    Advice to Management

go back to the roots and focus on the employees. Without them you don't have a business.

    Pros

    Work experience and quick advancement
