    I worked at D+H full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Company offers excellent pay, but that is where it ends.

    Cons

Very Limited Training, One day!!! Management very unprofessional when you ask for help, they say "Figure it out yourself, or You need to find another Job" Pick rate is lowered by continual out of stocks, and your production is criticized even though the order you began is incomplete because of product stock levels.

    Advice to Management

Your third shift management is the worst. They are very demeaning toward employees, especially women. They do not address any concerns you have, only look at you as a problem. Start training your employees properly and show some respect toward your employees and maybe you won't have a high turnover rate.

    I worked at D+H full-time

    Pros

Pre divesture /split was a great place to work. Good team work and supportive environment.

    Cons

Top management not connected to the employees.

    Advice to Management

Town halls were a useless exercise when they could have been a two way communication channel.

    I worked at D+H full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

i really wish i could put some pro's here. They had a great product line but bad management is throwing that into the toilet. They had great benefits but took those away one by one. They had great pay but never kept up with the market.

    Cons

Middle management was put in place that has no experience in the banking environment let alone working with people. Somewhere along the line they forgot a software company is only as good as their people. Most of the jobs are heading to India to cut costs. Good folk over there but completely inexperienced in U.S. Banking. If I were one of their customers, I'd be putting my money elsewhere real fast. Highly unlikely the most recent takeover with help since the new management stated that "nothing will change".

    Advice to Management

Learn your customers before you loose them. Learn how to work with your employees, start treating them with respect and maybe you'll stop the revolving door on both sides of the globe.

    I worked at D+H full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Opportunity for working from home. The company has interesting positions in the area of financial technology. Although they were recently sold, the banking and credit union technology will always be a hot area of change.

    Cons

Communication is not always cross departments and changes that affect many things are not discussed beforehand with the parties they impact.

    Advice to Management

Communicate clearly with the teams doing toe work before making major changes. Involve a team member from contracts and accounting in all major decisions to determine internal impact.

    I have been working at D+H full-time

    Pros

Good benefits, good place to work if you are just starting in a field.

    Cons

I haven't met my manager in person after 3 years of working in an office (I am not remote). This feels impersonal. Salaries are not competitive either. Not a long term solution for me.

    Advice to Management

Provide travel budget for managers to meet their employees.

    I worked at D+H full-time

    Pros

Great people - good middle management. Company is a mix of purchased companies that are very good at their original purposes.

    Cons

Unfortunately, the purchased companies know little of each other, and have few ways to even know who does what in the other organizations. Senior management only interested in their golden parachute. Like to call themselves a global company - but this simply means hire lots of cheap labor in India, and assume they have the same ability of figuring things out as anyone else. (They actually are very good - if they have detailed procedures. The bad news - the procedures need to be re-invented for every client.)

    Advice to Management

To new the owners at Vista / Mysis - get rid of all D+H upper management as soon as possible. And find out just exactly what you purchased.
