    Too many rules will short you every week, regulations on equipment is insane

    None, great job for starting out drivers bit even then you can do better

    Cons

    Horrible, High turn over, no training, low pay no perks. Unrealistic management

    You get congratulated on doing a great job and succeeding. Everyone is positive. They become more of friends then coworkers.

    There is a High turn over in the branch Management jobs. jobs are stressful due to low staffing, a lot of responsibility at short notice

    More managers or coordinators to assist and ease their load

    They have no pro's to speak of unless you enjoy waiting two hours for a truck

    Cons

    Promise minimum pay but take that away when Macungie mack shuts down a day, if an accident happens on the lot safety labels both driver's at fault, after 2 weeks notice was given and rehire acceptance letter was received they refused to place me back on my same position as dry van
