Pros
DAG Tech is a great place to work with an amazing team! Everyone works hard and contributes to the success of the business and communication is easy. Interesting clients, projects, and opportunities to learn.
Cons
It's a growing company so sometimes employees have to wear multiple hats but honestly it's an opportunity to learn about other parts of the business and grow your skills.

Pros
There are no pros at all
Cons
They call you randomly, they expect you to know everything about their systems despite never training you or showing you even what to do (leave it to yourself to figure it out an hour after they call you with no prior warning), and then spend 6-8 months with no correspondence until they need you for the specific job they called you for the first time, with just as much notice. Typical of contractor stuff but they also don't really care how good you are with other systems, if you are a contractor there's no chance you'll be considered for full time employment so don't bother if that's your intent.

Pros
innovator, great environment, amazing experience
Cons
Hard work and a lot of responsibility, unless you like that kind of thing!

Pros
great clients and team of engineers
Cons
poor communication within company and unorganized
- Current Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
1 - Camaraderie. Team is very strong, both technically, and relationship wise. 2 - Owner actively engages with staff, listens to feedback, gives out constructive criticism. 3 - Work life balance is superb. I mean, voluntarily, I check emails and do work...on weekends. When someone has to be out on a site, or attending to family, there are usually two or three others who jump in and fill in for that individual. 4 - Diversity. It's not just a bunch of tech bros and a pong table. Women and POC are given a voice and respected.
Cons
1 - No pong table. 2 - Gotta be ok with being client facing. It's not a con per se, but if you just want to be in a data center schlepping around servers or programming all day, you will be sorely disappointed. 3 - Career mobility is a bit, constrained. Skill improvement is encouraged however...

Pros
This company has built a family, all the branches know each other very well. resolving problems is very easy when you have a range of different skills and mind working together. The employees are very eager to learn.
Cons
Often times work requires you to be siting down for long periods of time and is very tedious.

Pros
Flexibility in schedule, good compensation, great team, very responsible and timely management of the clients' requests.
Cons
Could use some benefit package, sometimes the internal communication becomes messy but that happens in all companies.

Pros
You are just about guaranteed growth as long as you are a hard worker. You can also grow your knowledge in the field of IT pretty fast with the amount of technologies at your fingertips.
Cons
Must walk in with the drive to learn 😉

Pros
Great environment to work. There are always new opportunities to keep learning. There are very few places where you have the opportunity to grow and get experience with various technologies.
Cons
No cons as far as I know. :)
