I worked at DAL Global Services part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Station Admin (NOT station mgr) and other employees were very good for the most part. Most of the below wing supervisors would help do "normal" employee tasks when we were shortstaffed without hesitation. Flight benefits were nice. You can still go plenty of places as an S4 if you plan things well.

    Cons

Pay was awful ($11.10), especially considering how hard it was. SEVERE understaffing! Most days there was only enough people to work 1 or 2 flights at the time which was awful when there was 3 flights at the gate. Station Manager was kind of useless. Lots of problems with GSE and staffing at this station that she knew about and did absolutely nothing to fix. She was also not very professional - would wear clothing that was not work appropriate and sometimes would yell at people.
