    Pros

Intensity to generate thought leadership marketing strategies.

    Cons

Not enough time and client budgets to get it all done in a calendar year.

    Advice to Management

Your leadership team will bring unique perspectives to run the respective book of business; trust us.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Really cannot think of many at the time I left, except for the wonderful people at staff level. This group has been through alot and works hard.

    Cons

Local management started losing direction way before KBMG finally bought the owner out. Toxic Senior management, poor decisions and no loyalty to staff. I say run

    Advice to Management

KBMG - replace all local senior management before you have to close the office

    Negative Outlook

I worked at DATACORE Marketing full-time

    Pros

    Casual attire
    Morale building events
    Typical physical office environment

    Cons

Some (not all) of the longest-tenured top managers were very unprofessional. The day-to-day work environment was uninspiring and led to excessive pressure to produce causing low morale. Very high voluntary turnover. Only lip service seems to be paid to workers' concerns as company is a subsidiary to an out-of-state parent.

    Advice to Management

Upgrade to where the industry is currently at tech-wise and realize just whose strengths lie with clients vs actually managing other people.

    Negative Outlook

I have been working at DATACORE Marketing full-time

    Pros

The people are generally smart and pleasant to work with.

    Cons

Senior management is dysfunctional, unprofessional, and unsophisticated. Their management style is to bully people into getting what they want as opposed to looking for triggers to positively drive motivation

    Advice to Management

There is more than one way to get something done. Your way is not the only way. Listen to your people and appreciate their efforts instead of being stubborn. There is a reason why there is such a high voluntary turnover rate.

    Pros

Good benefits and some decent people to work with. Relaxed and casual dress code. Ample vacation time and holidays. Updated equipment.

    Cons

Incompetent management from the top down. Almost too much of a focus on "having a good time" rather than getting meaningful work done.

    Pros

Casual dress code and network affiliation.

    Cons

Unprofessional atmosphere, which starts from the top down. Make another employment choice.
