    Neutral Outlook

I worked at DBA Distribution Services full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Make your own schedule just need to meet goals. Management always willing to go on the road with you to help close business.

    Cons

Industry is tough on someone with limited outside sales experience.
Small company/small office makes for a lot of chatter and makes the office environment very negative on occasions.

    Advice to Management

Need better training and more consistent coaching approach. Not really a young man's game - hire experienced people.
