    Pros

Excellent people around with loads of experience in the banking industry. Got to learn a lot from them. Was a part of their digibank launch.

    Cons

Internship was not structured to the extent I expected this to be. HR department could have been more forthcoming with regards to the do-s and don'ts of the company.

    Advice to Management

No specific advice. Two months is not long enough to proffer advice to the management. Hope DBS does well in India

I have been working at DBS Bank full-time

    Pros

Colleagues are very willing to help you with any difficulties
Team bonding activities are very common within the organisation, enabled me to easily make friends and bond with my teammates

    Cons

Quite local culture, I feel like international people would find it hard to adapt to the culture.
Overtime hours is common, and everyone does it without complaining, so just do it.

    Advice to Management

    Allow more space for advancement
Come out and meet your employees more, so that we can feel like our work is appreciated, and we can get to know you guys better
